BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HEATING & COOLING
Responsibilities
➤ Identify potential customers and leverage market knowledge and expertise to increase the Sales of Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters and other Heating Equipment.
➤ Prepare techno-commercial offers and reports.
Manage negotiations of sales contracts and order closures.
Provide design parameters for customized products and strategize the sales of newly launched products by liaising with Principals.
Liaise with Associates to develop sales strategies, derive Annual Business Plans, driving market share in all product lines.
Execute internal and external business strategies to optimize customer relationships.
➤ Manage monthly information sheets (MIS) and year-end close processes with Associates and within the Business Development Division.
➤ Work with Business Intelligence and Marketing to improve the Business of assigned verticals.
➤ Organize Customer Meet Forums to present new products and engineering solutions to overcome manufacturing challenges.
Recruit sales team, set objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor performance, conduct performance review, ensuring their KPI objectives are achieved.
➤ Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
Requirements
➤ 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Capital Equipment Sales such as boilers, Chillers, Compressors, DG Sites etc in Sri Lanka & Maldives etc
➤ Degree / Diploma in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering from a reputed University in Sri Lanka / Overseas is also preferred
Excellent Rapport with Industries
Posses Skilled in Enquiry Generation, Order Closure, Strategic Business Plans Across BOI/NON BOI & conversion

> To command & communicate in local language
➤ With Good Communications Skills, Negotiations, Presentations, Fast learner
➤ Willing to travel extensively across the island wide to generate the sales
SALES MANAGER/APPLICATION ENGINEER-STEAM & SPARES ACCESSORIES
➤ B.Sc -Marketing or Business Management/NDT/NDES/HNDE/ City & Guilds (Mechanical Engineering)
➤ 1 to 2 years in Sales & Marketing of Steam Traps, PRV PRS & Condensate Recovery Systems and possess a good knowledge on Application Engineering.
➤ Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage
➤ Knowledge on walk through Steam Audits and suggest for improvement
➤ To possess knowledge on Steam Distribution and preparing reports for Energy Conservation.
➤ Market Intelligence to understand competition strategies
➤ Application Knowledge.
➤ To possess Presentation Skills

BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - RICE MILL & FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY
B.Sc BE/ Diploma Mechanical or Electrical.
Experience: 3-4 Years in sales selling Capital goods and project Related Accessories, willing to travel 15-20 days in Month, with self motivation to generate the enquiry and regular follow up with Market. He should be a quick learner. He should be able to handle Independent charge with Customers, suppliers, and any other agencies. He should be open minded, willing to take up the new challenges such as new product sales, New market development and ready to work with diversified activities based on market needs. He should be target oriented to achieve the company goals.
